Generals are now able to see all boards. Moderators can only Moderate the normal boards and nothing else, unless they are involved in the certain topic. i.e. YouTube Crew. I have decided this as Generals should be able to do this as they have proven their worth. Moderators have less permissions and I believe, do not need this. I have already implemented the change.
