Chapter 1 - Awoken

White.

That's all I see. White. Blind as a bat, a blind man, blind.

Then it goes black again.

.... wake up.

... Wake up!

WAKE UP!

I rub my eyes, trying to figure out what the heck just happened to my life. A village. Surprisingly populated. I look around.

Sharp, pointy swords meet my face.

"WOAH!" I shriek. One of the men signals to lower swords.

"Who are you, immigrant, and why are you lying on the dirt path?" One of them, whom I'm assuming to be the commander, asks me.

"Erm, I woke up, only saw white, then black, then passed out again, and ended up here." I claim.

"Well, what's your name at least?" The Commander asks me.

"... I honestly don't remember." I groan. My arm feels swollen, one of them must have took a hack at me. Ouch.

"... We'll code-name you G.12 for now, got it?" The Commander yells.

"Yike, okay, sheesh." I mumble.

"IS THAT SARCASM!?" The Commander screams.

"N-no, sir." I scutter out.

"Good," he nods. "Name's Zavci. Commander of Vokiki army. Where are you from?"

"... Still blank, bub." I say.

"..." he remains silent.

Awkward silence, much?
