The OP moderator is what I'm attempting to fix right off of the bat. They have ban, IP, and moderation log powers, but other than that they can't fuse or close other threads.

If you want the Moderation system to work (since you're the one implementing it), I suggest you wait until this site has more active non-staff members. There's no use promoting everyone who's going to be active.

Also, another thing is, the moderation system is already implemented for each board so please elaborate on what these Moderators will be doing. (Take some time to consider what powers they can have. I don't want to have another episode of Lieutenant+).

Good point. To compensate I'll just make the recruiting test a bit harder.

But what's the point of having both if we can just have one?  Keep Recruiter+, terminate recruiter, and call recruiter+ recruiter.  We merge them, and we're done.  Saves a lot of time.

A Recruiter+ is a more mature and proven effective recruiter, they deserve a sound reward for going through the pain of getting all those people (I've done it before, a Recruiting system is hard work)

Hmm.  I don't really get why there is a Recruiter+ rank.  Why don't we just merge it with the regular old Recruiter?

Hello, it’s your new administrator here, and now that I was picked to be an admin by the TBF community (thanks be to you guys), I have some things that I want to enact and produce as the newest moderator:

   NEW MODERATION SYSTEM: As you know, the old system was shut down due to moderators having more power and more abilities than they should have, almost as much as the Admins and Generals themselves. It wasn’t working all that well, so we removed it and haven’t had it in over a year and a half. However, if we are going to get built back up, we will need a system to allow this site to stay under control. I myself (or another willing and able member) will be leading a new recruitment where the moderators will be able to do acts of moderation ONLY and nothing else, everywhere else they will be normal members.

   THE RECRUITING TEAM v2.0: This is something that I have implanted in a few forums that I was a member of (the Storums, ADP, Cyan), and it resulted in immediate and monumental success for all of these sites, so I will be using it on this site as well. This setup will add a board category and two new ranks. The board will be simple, a recruiting board viewable by the two recruiting ranks and Lieutenants and above. The ranks are a bit more complicated. The ranks are called “Recruiter” and “Recruiter+”. The normal Recruiter rank is basically a normal member but who can view the recruitment board. You have to pass the Recruiter Recruitment Movement test to become one of these. A Recruiter+ is a seasoned Recruiter. To become one, you must recruit 5 ACTIVE members, and/or pass voting in the Lieutenant League. Upon becoming a Recruiter+, you can view the Barracks (you’re a Soldier now, basically) and have moderation powers in the recruitment board. I will most definitely head this, and I might just have to hand the moderation system to someone else, because heading two different sections of staff might be kind of hard. Who knows, maybe I can do it?

   THE DEV TEAM: SUPER SECRET, SO SECRET AN ADMIN MUST HAND PICK YOU. NO INFO WILL BE GIVEN UNTIL BEING SELECTED.
